Amendment

Section 1. The twelfth article of the amendment to the Constitution of the United States is herby repealed.

Section 2.
The Electoral college is herby disbanded. The President and vice president will be decided by overall popular vote.

Section 3:
Each state department is responsible for certifying the results and reporting it to the president of the senate in the presence of the senate and the house of representatives.

Section 4:
In event of a tie, congress will enforce this article by appropriate legislation.
